University education cannot be free: Matengu

ONGWEDIVA, 13 FEB (NAMPA) – The University of Namibia’s (UNAM) Vice-Chancellor, Professor Kenneth Matengu has said tertiary education cannot be, and has never been, free.
He called paying for higher education an investment in a statement presented on his behalf at the opening of UNAM’s academic year Wednesday at Ongwediva for the northern campuses of Hifikepunye Pohamba, Oshakati, Ogongo and Eduardo dos Santos.
