Parliament to operate paperless in 2019

WINDHOEK, 11 FEB (NAMPA) - The speaker of the National Assembly (NA), Peter Katjavivi announced on Monday that Parliament will go paperless this year, with Members of Parliament (MPs) expected to use their tablets during its proceedings.
Speaking at a media briefing at Parliament, Katjavivi explained that in addition to promoting efficiency, the move also aims to cut costs.
