Swapo Party's extra-ordinary congress slated for end of November

WINDHOEK, 13 NOV (NAMPA) – Swapo’s extra-ordinary congress will take place from 30 November to 01 December 2018, the party’s Secretary-General (SG) Sophia Shaningwa announced here on Tuesday.
Addressing a media conference in the capital, the SG explained that the decision to hold the congress was taken at the party’s sixth ordinary congress which took place in the capital from 23 to 26 November 2017.
