Ruling on appeal by jailed truck driver set for Friday

WINDHOEK, 24 SEP (NAMPA) – A ruling on an application for leave to appeal by a truck driver serving a custodial sentence of 63 years for killing a mother and her daughter in the Ovitoto communal area in 2009, will be made public on Friday.
