Outjo rape accused to undergo mental observation

OUTJO, 18 OCT (NAMPA) - The 20-year-old man accused for the abduction, assault, and rape of a two-year-old girl at Outjo on Thursday appeared before the Magistrate’s Court at the town, where he was advised to undergo mental observation.
The accused, Godfried Naibeb, appeared before Outjo Magistrate, Peingondjabi Shipo.
