1 (OUTJO, 17 OCT (NAMPA) – A 20-year-old man was arrested today at Outjo for allegedly kidnapping and raping his two-year-old niece.

Spokesperson of the Namibian Police Force in the Otjozondjupa Region, Warrant Officer Maureen Mbeha the same day confirmed to Nampa the arrest of the man on charges of kidnapping and rape.
