Agriculture is Kavango West’s economic advantage: Ausiku

NKURENKURU, 19 AUG (NAMPA) – Kavango West Governor, Sirkka Ausiku has appealed to the government to remove all possible barriers that hinder the region from thriving in the agriculture sector, its main economic driver.
Ausiku made these comments on Friday, in response to questions sent to her by Nampa.
She indicated that agriculture – due to the presence of the perennial Okavango River and fertile land – is a driving force of the region’s economy.
