1 (WINDHOEK, 06 MAR (NAMPA) – Swapo Party coordinator for Otjinene in the Omaheke Region, Asaria Tjingaete on Monday appeared in the Otjinene Magistrate’s Court on charges of stock theft.

This was his second appearance in court in less than a month on charges of stock theft.
