Walvis Bay man dies after setting himself on fire

WALVIS BAY, 13 FEB (NAMPA) – A man from Walvis Bay allegedly set himself on fire in an attempt to commit suicide on Friday.
He succumbed to his injuries on Saturday after he was transferred to the Katutura State Hospital in Windhoek.
The Namibian Police Force’s Deputy Commissioner Erastus Iikuyu in an incident report on Tuesday said the man has been identified as 39-year-old Alex Salom.
