Namcol can change lives: Semba

GOBABIS, 17 JAN ( NAMPA) – Director of Education in the Omaheke Region, Peka Semba has come to the defence of the Namibian College of Open Learning (Namcol), saying the institution offers a credible teaching and learning environment.
Semba, who made the remarks in an interview with Nampa on Wednesday, said the notion often perpetuated that the open learning institution does not have the capacity to produce good results, or that the institution is for ‘failures’, does not hold water.
