Father Afunde celebrates 25 years in priesthood

ONGWEDIVA, 01 JAN (NAMPA) – Hundreds of people on Sunday gathered at the Ongwediva Roman Catholic Church to join Father Werner Afunde in celebrating his 25 years in the priesthood.
Ongwediva mayor, Angelina Angula and Afunde’s former colleague in the Namibia Defence Force (NDF) and retired reverend of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia, Onesmus Shanyengange, were among those who attended the celebration.
