1 (OSHAKATI, 06 DEC NAMPA) – The Oshakati Magistrate’s Court on Monday sentenced Bernard Petrus to a fine of N.dollars 3 000 of which N.dollars 1 000 was suspended for a period of three years for fraud.

Magistrate Helena Ekandjo granted the N.dollars 1 000 fine suspension on condition that Petrus is not convicted of fraud during the period of suspension.
