1 (WINDHOEK, 05 N0V NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) spokesperson, Deputy Commissioner Edwin Kanguatjivi said that during the 2014 to 2015 festive season, a total 614 road accidents were recorded, in which 97 people died and 1 261 injured.

In 2015 to 2016, the number of accidents reported were 589 and 112 people lost their lives while 1 233 sustained injuries.
