1 (WINDHOEK, 16 NOV NAMPA) – The National Council (NC) will launch its five-year strategic plan for the period 2017/18 to 2021/22 before the end of this year.

This was announced by Vice-Chairperson of the National Council, Bernard Sibalatani at a stakeholders’ consultative meeting yesterday.
