Namibia, UK MPs build capacity in legislative scrutiny

WINDHOEK, 10 NOV (NAMPA) – Namibian Members of Parliament (MPs) are engaged in a three-day capacity building training programme initiated by a delegation of MPs from the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association in the United Kingdom.
The programme, which was launched here on Thursday, focuses on information sharing regarding principles of parliamentary scrutiny, examining the process of making and scrutinising legislation and general legislative processes.
