1 (WINDHOEK, 08 N0V NAMPA) – A 19-year-old woman was arrested at the Shipando village, Ndiyona area in the Kavango East Region on Tuesday for allegedly stabbing a 21-year-old man with a knife, causing injuries to his stomach.
