Geingob reprimands CoW for losing cleanest African city ranking

WINDHOEK, 06 OCT (NAMPA) - President Hage Geingob on Thursday shamed the City of Windhoek (CoW) for losing the ranking of cleanest city in Africa that it once held.
Windhoek now ranks as the 10th cleanest city in Africa, while South Africa’s Cape Town ranks number one.
“Why is it so, have you failed?” the Head of State questioned when he delivered his keynote address at the inauguration of the new CoW building in the capital on Thursday.
