1 (WINDHOEK, 24 SEP, NAMPA) – The Namibian and South African governments have to ensure that they govern in a manner that makes fewer people unhappy, as they owe it to those who fought during apartheid.

This was said by South African Minister of Communication, Ayanda Dlodlo.
