1 (SWAKOPMUND, 23 SEP, NAMPA) - Investigations into the fraud and forgery case in which N.dollars 4 million was stolen show that the suspect committed the crime while on bail for similar offences.
Nelson Potiphar Kazombiaze, 51 is accused of identity theft and stealing N.dollars 4 million from a bank account of an Oshakati based businessman Kefas Stefanus earlier this month.
