1 (ONGWEDIVA, 22 SEP (NAMPA) - The Oshikoto Namibian Police Force (NamPol) at Okatope on Thursday arrested a 40-year-old man from Okalumpa village for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl on Wednesday.
